Our SMS notifications provide updates regarding scheduled visits, project consultations, service updates, and other important notifications related to your inquiry.

4. Opt-In and Consent

By providing your phone number and opting into SMS notifications, you confirm that you are the owner or authorized user of the phone number provided and consent to receive recurring automated text messages (SMS or MMS) from The Bucky Agency.

  • No purchase required. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
  • Message frequency varies, typically 1 to 5 messages per week.
  • You must be 18+ years of age and own a device capable of two-way messaging.

5. Opt-Out and Help Instructions

Your consent to receive automated texts is voluntary.

To opt out, reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any message, or email legal@bucky.agency. You will receive one final confirmation message.

Standard message and data rates may apply to messages sent to you from us and from you to us. Please consult your mobile service provider for details regarding your plan.

7. Sharing of Information

We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We share information with trusted third-party service providers, including HubSpot and Google Analytics, only as necessary to conduct business or as required by law, provided they maintain confidentiality.

8. Data Security and Retention

We use commercially reasonable physical, managerial, and technical safeguards to protect your data. We retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.

9. Compliance and Indemnification

We comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CTIA guidelines. You agree to indemnify and hold The Bucky Agency harmless from claims arising from your provision of a phone number not owned by you or your failure to notify us of a change in your number.

10. Dispute Resolution

By using our SMS service, you agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis through final and binding arbitration and waive your right to trial by jury or class action participation.
